The Whitegate Charity Trust is a group of local business people and ex Round Table members, whose aim is to raise funds for the benefit of local charities and good causes. Members of the group meet regularly throughout the year to plan and prepare for fun events, all with the objective of raising money for worthy causes that are local to the North West and in particular the Winsford/Northwich/Middlewich area. The Trust officially formed in January 2008 and has since organised several fundraising events, the largest of which is the brilliant "It's a Knockout" Tournament. Previous events have raised over £5,500 for the North West Ambulance Service, £7,000 for The Joshua Tree, £750 for Whitegate Primary School. Members of the Trust all give their time voluntarily and if you feel you would like to join us to contribute we would love to hear from you. WHITEGATE FOOTBALL PITCH

This year we are hosting the SPECTACULAR It’s A Knockout Tournament for this year’s nominated charity:

St Lukes Hospice in Winsford,

in memory of John Yardley

 

 

 

 

 

We need EVERYONE to get involved to help us raise as much money as we can for St Lukes.

We are looking for teams of 6-10 people to take part.  It’s a fantastic experience and you will have the time of your life!  Get a group of friends, family or work colleagues together and why not come in fancy dress to add to the atmosphere!

If you are a local business we would love you to get involved.  This event was attended by over 2,000 people in 2009.  It’s a great way to show your support for a local event, a local charity and to communicate directly with your local customers.  You can sponsor the event, or part of the event, or you can come to the event and display your products/services, whatever works best for you.

With local businesses all pulling together, we really can make this a great day to remember.
